Covered dining for four allows you to enjoy meals outdoors, while taking in the beautiful surroundings of Solterra Resort.

The downstairs queen bedroom offers a cozy retreat with a wall-mounted smart TV for entertainment. Upstairs, there is a spacious queen master bedroom featuring a smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. Next, there is a king master bedroom offering a luxurious accommodations with a smart TV and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a shower. The twin/twin bedroom at the back features a wall-mounted smart TV for your entertainment. Lastly, perfect for kids, this bunk bedroom includes a wall-mounted smart TV for added entertainment. Also, you'll find a cozy loft area with a sofa, a chair, and a smart TV, providing an additional space for relaxation. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the loft area for your convenience.

This home is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring complimentary high-speed wireless internet, keyless entry, and a fully equipped kitchen. Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35  13+ Guests $45.
