Now, entertainment starts in the living room featuring a 4K, 200inch projector TV screen. The game room offers an air jocky table, a 9D VR fly cinema, a pool table, a ping pong table, video games and much more! Also, this home comes with a private screened-in swimming pool, and for movie lovers of the family, this unique home also offers a neon-themed theater. The spacious kitchen is not only equipped with 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of full-sized washers and dryers but also comes with a large kitchen island with additional chairs for the family and guests to enjoy quality meals together. Free wireless WIFI is available at the guest's convenience.

• Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
• Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 30 adults. This home sleeps 24 adults, the rest are bedrooms designed for children age 16 and under.
• A mandatory refundable (subject to post-departure inspection) security deposit of $750 is required. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancellation of the reservation.
• Please note this home does not provide access to a garage.
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
