The Pool Area
So the home has a decent sized pool with a spillover spa, what else is there to think about? Pool deck size and chairs. Why? Besides giving you and your party more space for activities, you want to enjoy that Florida sun for as much as possible. When a pool is located in a small confined area, the sun travels across the sky giving you a very small window of sunshine between the preceding and following shade.
The Ultimate Villa has an extended pool deck with plenty of sun throughout the day. The pool is placed away from the house, keeping it out of the block shade coming from the home itself. Along with plenty of sun loungers, the entire area is screened in, keeping bugs out. This place is the perfect place to hang around the pool under the Florida sun – one of the biggest reasons we all love Florida! We should probably mention that the pool area faces a beautiful nature preserve. This extra bonus point is on us – Enjoy!
What else? Yes, there’s more. The large upgraded pool and spillover spa has a water feature and deck jets. You’ll appreciate the outside shower and poolside bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy fun games such as table tennis, corn hole, and a poolside basketball hoop. Enjoy the intentional shade of the lanai and cook up some juicy stuff on the grill.
The Fabulous Interior
What else is there to consider? Let’s step inside and step into entertainment bliss! A downstairs movie room seats up to 17 people and doubles as a nice hangout with a countertop bar with stools, an arcade area with a Batman arcade machine, skeeball, and basketball arcades.
Upstairs you’ll find a massive games room with large windows overlooking the preserve – the perfect entertaining space! The room includes a wall mounted 75-inch Smart TV and a collectors edition 1965 Shelby GT350 pool table.
You’ll find the kids hanging on the monkey bars or sliding down the playroom slide in a superhero themed room, unless, of course, they prefer the more delicate features of the Princess room.
